The town of Huittinen is located in the South-Western province of Satakunta.
In terms of accessibility, Huittinen is in the centre of the Turku – Tampere – Pori triangle. Near the centre of Huittinen is the junction of trunk roads leading to the main cities; the Helsinki – Pori road, Turku – Tampere road and the Tampere – Huittinen – Rauma road. This intersection location means Huittinen coach terminal is busy, with over 2000 passengers per day being carried to a variety of destinations. Airports are within easy reach by road, with Tampere Pirkkala only an hour away.
